Policies

•A deposit of one nights lodging is due at the time of booking.

•Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment. All payments will be automatically charged to booking credit card at required dates. Please contact us at res@jupiterpeaklodging.com if you would prefer other final payment options.

•All reservations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00 per unit. Units canceled up to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit. 30 days or less receives no refund.  No refund for late arrival or early check-out.

•Minimum stay varies with size of unit and season.

•All units are nonsmoking units. No pets please.

•Check-in: 4:00PM - Check-out:  10:00AM

•A signed credit card imprint will be required at time of check-in.
